Program Description

Key Components
Field Tour
Participants will engage in a guided field tour of a local farm and/or distribution centers. This firsthand experience will provide insights into sustainable practices, supply chain management, and the importance of community engagement in the food industry.
Volunteer Day
A dedicated day for participants to give back to the community through hands-on volunteer work at a local farm. This activity emphasizes the value of service, teamwork, and social responsibility in leadership roles.
